We are flexible and creative. Across all of the investments our team has made, no structures have been the same. Our job is to evaluate your objectives and craft an investment structure that meets your objectives, protects our investment and generates a fair return on our time and capital. 

If we can't manage to do that, we will be your cheerleaders going forward and see if we can help you find the right investor.

If we can structure an approach to meet your objectives, let's align interests, focus and take care of employees and customers to create value.

Here is what you can expect from us:

• We love helping founders transition ownership or grow to the next level.
• We are comfortable with turnarounds of strong brands.
• We are not real estate investors.
• We are not startup angel investors.

• Focused: we dig in where it matters. We could investigate 100 things about your business, but we will spend our time on the 5-10 that truly matter.
• Transparent: if we are not a fit, we will tell you so as soon as we realize it. If we are, we will tell you what it takes to move an investment forward.

• Available: dealing with an issue - call us and let's talk through. Need a referral - shoot us a quick text. Have bad news - pick up the phone. Being a CEO / founder is lonely. We are here for you.
• Collaborators: we have experience and relationships across industries, geographies, disciplines, growth stages, problem areas, etc. Our job is to enable you to leverage us to hone your strategy, open new opportunities, find your next rockstar, evaluate partnership opportunities and more.
• Humble: You and your team will always know your business and industry better than we do. We will ask questions and challenge you; you make decisions and execute. We won't meddle in the details. 

• Curious: we are driven by our curiosity. It is why we do what we do and why we love meeting founders everyday. We love to learn why and how about everything - and then apply those learnings across our portfolio.
